Input image (left), 3D reconstruction result (center), final result (right). Creates a free-viewpoint image with the hand removed from input images taken from four different viewpoints. Finally, uses Gemini to obtain the final result from the input image and the reconstructed image.

Abstract

By gathering information from multiple different viewpoints of the same scene, we supplement the information under our hands. The proposed method uses 3D reconstruction to obtain the correct structure from any viewpoint. Finally, using Gemini improves the accuracy of the supplementation.
